How to pick up your BirdGang kit (T-shirt, lanyard & sticker): 

The BirdGang kits are available for pickup at the CUSA Office, at 401 University Centre. The CUSA Office is open 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Q: Where do I get my BirdGang kit (T-shirt, lanyard & sticker)?

A: The CUSA Office is located at 401 University Centre. Their office hours are 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. BirdGang passes must be purchased online first. 

Q: How do I use my BirdGang membership? 

A: Your pass can be found in your user settings in our ticketing system. You will pre-book your ticket online through the event and select "BirdGang" ticket type. You will bring your unique QR code to every event to be scanned for entry. Tip: You can add it to your Apple/Google Pay wallet and always have it on you. 

Q: What events does the BirdGang Membership gain entry to?

A: The BirdGang membership allows you entry to regular season football, basketball, hockey, soccer and rugby! Follow us on Instagram @CUBirdGang for updates!

Q: Does the BirdGang membership guarantee me a seat?

A: No – the BirdGang Membership ensures entry to the game. Please be mindful that varsity events are attended by the Ottawa community. If a spectator has purchased a ticket, they have reserved the right to an assigned seat. However, we do have a specific section for BirdGang and any unclaimed seats are also available for you to sit in.Your BirdGang pass gives you exclusive access to ALL Ravens' varsity home games!*
